BAS ITG supported Akademibokhandeln to develop a completely new channel in their 70 stores. We helped with product selection, vendor selection, retail development, launch and roll-out both in the flagship and the regular stores. We also helped with the integration of their online and offline strategies, including the roll-out of their e-book strategy. Additionally, we focused on developing digital solutions, relationships and processes in connectivity and hardware.
